Sports Club App

I built this app for SG Reudnitz, a table-tennis club in Leipzig. Members can sign up for training, check matchdays and find club information in one place. It works in the browser and can be installed on a phone.

Less admin around training.

Organising training used to mean collecting replies from chats and checking spreadsheets and paper records. I brought those everyday tasks into one app, so members can find what they need and organisers can keep track of it.

What I built.

I designed and built the app, took it live and continue to maintain it. Each feature supports a practical part of running the club.

Training & attendance

Members can see upcoming sessions, sign up and check who else is coming. The time, venue and available tables are shown together.

Teams & league fixtures

Training and home and away matches share one schedule. Members can filter by team and see who their captain and deputy are.

Hall-key log

Members can see who has the hall key and record a handover. A dated history makes it easy to follow who passed it to whom.

Sign in without a password

New members join through an invite link and sign in with a passkey, for example using Face ID or Touch ID. There’s no extra password to remember.

Club administration

Organisers can manage members, venues, board responsibilities and equipment requests in one place. The app also supports multiple clubs.

Made for everyday use

I designed the screens and menus for use on a phone. Members can switch between German and English and choose the appearance they prefer.
